But let me ask you: Do you ever catch yourself wondering what your rights are  …maybe even asking a friend or co-worker… but not picking up the telephone to call your attorney?  We’ve all been there!

Without Pre-PaidLegal,  most people don’t know who to call or are concerned about the expense, so putting things off or asking others who are untrained has simply become a habit.

Do you have a current Will in place? Do you have a Power of Attorney?  (Do you even know what that is?  You don’t need to have a lot of property to benefit from these valuable documents.  For instance, if you were in an accident, would attending medical help know your wishes if you weren’t able to voice them for yourself?  Would your family (or other designated person) be able to handle matters for you?  Do you know – legally – for sure?

-  Are you about to buy a car or a home, or make any other expensive purchase where you have to sign a contract written by the other person’s attorney?  (In whose financial best-interest do you think those contracts were written?)

-  Are you starting a new job, or have just been laid off?

-  Is there a discrepancy on your credit report?  Do you know how to get that resolved?

-  Are you adopting a child, writing a book, recording a music album, or anything else for which you could use expert advice? Do you understand your rights and responsibilities in the matter?
